The 3rd lamp of my Edison the Mini set does not work!

When one of your 3 lamps stops working or you notice that it doesn't last as long as the other 2 lamps, it could be due to one of these 3 things:

1. The adapter. Use only a 5 Volt - 2 Amp adapter
2. The charging cable. Make sure the magnet and connection points are clean and dust-free and the magnet ‘clicks’ onto the connection point.
If a lamp does not last as long, charge it at another connection point of the 3 way charging cable.
3. The lamp itself.
If your Edison the Mini is still in the 2-year warranty period, please contact our customer service.
If your Edison the Mini is older than 2 years but has a batch number 2003210 or higher, you can order a PCB repair kit.

Unfortunately, we don't have repair kits for older lamps (batch number lower then 2003210).
