Help, my Edison the Mini/ Edison la Surprise does not work?

How annoying that your Edison the Mini/ Edison la Surprise is not working. Would you check the following things to see if the fault is due to this?

1. The adapter. Use only a 5 Volt - 2 Amp adapter
2. The charging cable. Make sure the magnet and connection points are clean and dust-free and the magnet ‘clicks’ onto the connection point. If a lamp does not last as long, charge it at another connection point of the 3 way charging cable.
3. The lamp itself.
- If your Edison the Mini is still in the 2-year warranty period, please contact our customer service.
- If your Edison the Mini is older than 2 years but has a batch number 2003210 or higher, you can order a PCB repair kit. Here you can see how to replace it. Unfortunately, we don't have repair kits for older lamps (batch number lower then 2003210).

Edison the Mini set:
Do you have an Edison the Mini set whose 3rd light no longer works or does not last as long as the other 2 lights? Make sure you use the right adapter with specification 5V, 2Amp. This will give all the 3 lights enough power. If a light does not last as long, charge it at another connection point on the 3-split charging cable.
