The remote control isn't working, what should I do?

If your RockCoco remote control isn't working, check the following:

• Check if your RockCoco has power.
• Check if the remote control is working. If it isn't working, first replace the battery (type CR2032 for the gray one and type MN27 for the red one).

Do you have a RockCoco 12.0? First, check if your remote control is configured correctly.

If your remote control isn't working, pair it again. Here's how: Make sure the light is off. Press and hold the + button on your remote control for about ten seconds. The light should turn on automatically.

Did you receive a new remote control? You may need to unpair the old one first. Here's how:

• Make sure the lamp is off.
• Press and hold the – button on your remote control while turning the lamp back on. Hold the – button for about fifteen seconds.
• Pair your new remote control as explained above.
