My Bellboy lamp has fallen, what should I do?

When the lampshade has fallen off
Please put the shade back on by turning it clockwise untill you hear a 'Click'.

A ratteling sound is coming from the inside of the lampshade
Great impact might have caused the batteries to get disconnected from the batteryseat. Please remove the shade by rotating it counter clockwise and take it off. The powerboard contains two battery covers. Please check if those are still in position, just like the batteries. And put them back into position if needed. Please pay attention putting them back in the correct order, matching the +/- on the battery with the +/- on the powerboard. Please put the battery covers and the shade back into position afterwards. After a battery has been re-installed a quick 'RESET' action is required. To do so please shortly connect the charger and get it powered for about 10 sec. The lamp should be completely opperational again.
