My Bellboy isn't charging/ working, what should i do?

How annoying that your Bellboy is not charging/working. Would you mind checking the following?
1) Check the connection of the charging cable to the adapter. Only use an 5V - 2A adapter
2) Then check the connection of the magnetic charger to the lamp. Remove any dust or dirt particles from the magnets to make sure they fit properly.
3) Check if the batteries are inserted correctly (see photos below);
   
4) Remove the shade (turn) from the lamp and check if the red charging light flashes, once the lamp is connected to the charger (see photo below). If it flashes, then your lamp is charging (this is best visible in a dark room)

A continuous green light indicates that the lamp is fully charged.
