Where is my small service part?

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your small service part yet. We did process your request immediately, but to make sure that you don't have to stay home to receive a package, we sent the service part by post. That way it fits in your letterbox, which is of course convenient.

What may be unpleasant is that it sometimes takes a bit longer for it to arrive.
However, it should never take longer than 10 working days, so if you still haven't received anything after 10 working days, please let us know and we will take action.
