Where is my refund?

We are sorry to hear that you are having to wait a little longer for your refund.

We do our best to process everything as quickly as possible, but sometimes it can take a little longer. You should expect around 28 days for a refund.

We need to check the returns to make sure everything is complete and that the product is not damaged. After this check, we issue the refund order to the bank. This is a manual operation and this takes time.

Of course we do our utmost to do this as quickly as possible. If you still have not received a refund after 28 days, please contact us.
