Where is my refund?

We are sorry to hear that you have to wait a bit longer for your refund. We do our utmost best to process everything as quickly as possible but sometimes it can take a bit longer.

Of course, we always have to check the returns first and make sure everything is complete and the products are undamaged. Once this is approved, everything will be processed and it takes 3-5 working days for the refund to take place via the original payment method.
