My Hotspot Blanket is not heating.

If your Hotspot Blanket doesn't heat up please check the connection from the controlboard to the heating element. Also check if the battery is connected well, and the controlboard is working (by checking if the LED's are working). They both have a twistlock connection and must be turned to close. See image below:
