My Hotspot Blanket is not heating.

Please check the connection from the controlboard to the heating element.
Also check if the battery is connected well, and the controlboard is working (by checking if the LED's are working).

If the LED's on the controlboard are not indicating the Hotspot is working there might be an issue with the electronics. In this case contact our Customer Service: serviceteam@fatboy.com
