Help! The wick of my Flamtastique XS is stuck!

If the wick gets stuck during adjustment, do not turn the knob!
The Flamtastique XS is a delicate product and forcing the knob may damage the parts inside.

Make sure the wick is centred at the top and bottom of the mechanism and is not twisted or crooked. You can do this by pulling the wick straight at the top and bottom. Make sure the Flamtastique XS is switched off and cooled down, and don't forget to wash your hands afterwards.
