Track and Trace has not been updated?

There could be several reasons why your track & trace code is not showing updates:

  • The shipment has not yet been processed - It may take a while for the carrier to perform the first scan and for the tracking information to become available. Please try again later.
  • The shipment is in transit with no intermediate scans - Sometimes a parcel is not scanned again until it arrives at the next location, so there are temporarily no updates.
  • Carrier delay - Crowded conditions, weather conditions or other logistical challenges such as large parcels can cause updates to take longer.
  • Incorrect Track & Trace number - Check that you have entered the correct number and that there are no typos.
  • Carrier problem - In rare cases, there may be a technical glitch at the carrier. You may want to check the status directly on the DHL or FedEx website.
