Track and Trace has not been updated

My order is on its way, but the track & trace has not been updated for a few days.

We have noticed our carriers (DHL, FEDEX and UPS) are still very busy. Large items in particular have a longer delivery time. Our carriers are doing their best to get as many packages as possible in their van. Large items takes up a lot of space. That's why they sometimes reschedule a delivery. We have noticed it can sometimes take upto 10 days. How annoying! Unfortunately, Fatboy cannot influence this.
