When will my order arrive?

Delivery times are variable

Sometimes it takes a little longer than the delivery times we communicate on the website. (a flat tire, a CO9 standing in a wrong place etc).

In the order confirmation you can see per item the expected shipping date. Your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours and our carriers then take over. The best is to use your Track and Trace link

When your order has left the warehouse you will receive a Track and trace link. With that number you can track your order. We ship with DHL or UPS.

I have only received part of my order, now what?

Your order may consist of several parcels. Each parcel has its own track and trace number. You can find it in the e-mail we send you after your order has left our warehouse. If you are missing a track and trace number or there is something wrong with the shipment, please contact us.

I have received one item but another one is missing. 

I have not yet received any shipment notification.

Do you see an expected shipping date much later than you expected? Then you have ordered a pre-order item.

This is a product that is not yet in stock, but can already be ordered. On the webshop there is an expected shipping date shown under the product and in the cart.
