My payment seems to have failed, what to do?
If your payment seems to have failed and you have not received an order confirmation, always check whether the amount has been debited from your bank account. If this is the case, we ask you to wait. The order confirmation will follow soon.
Always check your SPAM folder in your mail too!
It is also possible that your credit card company declined the payment. We can not see what the reason is. Your order is then automatically canceled. You can place your order again with another payment method such as iDEAL or Paypal.
