Is it possible to indicate the time of when I want to receive the parcel?

With the track and trace link you can see on which date and within which timeframe the delivery of the package is expected to take place. 

The driver of the carrier cannot contact you by phone prior to your delivery. 
If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, you can leave a note on the door for the driver with the request to deliver to a neighbour or a pick-up point.
Or ask for it to be delivered the next day.
