Help, my Edison the Ambiance isn't working!

Step 1. Charging

Is the red light blinking while charging?

Yes? Move on to step 2.
No? Try a different charger, 5V / 1 Amp.

Step 2. Check the inside

Remove the three screws at the bottom and carefully take out the inner unit.
Check if the red and black battery cable is properly connected to the PCB, the green board.

Is it connected? Then the battery is likely due for replacement.
Is it loose? Carefully reconnect it.

Step 3. Replace the battery

Remove the two horizontal screws, replace the battery, and test the lamp before reassembling it.

Step 4. Reassamble 

Is everything working again? Place the inner unit back and make sure the holes align properly. It only fits one way.
