Help, my Little Lebow doesn't work anymore!

Ugh, that's annoying. We would like to inform you that the light bulb included has an average lifespan of 15.000 hours. If it doesn't work anymore, then the light bulb can be replaced easily by yourself. It can be replaced with a dimmable E27 filament/ smd led bulb (EU/CE). Size G45. 220-240V, 50Hz, 4W, 2700K. 

Replacing the bulb:
- Make sure the power plug is disconnected from the power source.
- Remove the old bulb by turning it counterclockwise and replace it with a new one by inserting and turning the bulb clockwise. Make sure the bulb is pointing straight towards the fitting when turning.
- Then connect the power plug to the power socket and turn the lamp on like to confirm its working well.

Do you have replaced the light bulb and it still doesn't work?
- Check if the power plug is inserted into the socket correctly.
- Please make sure the bulb is fixed correctly, try to tighten it up a little more by turning it clockwise.
- An incorrect LED bulb has been installed. Only use bulbs as described in the technical specifications of this manual. 

PLEASE NOTE: 
When the light is dimmed all the way down to 0%, pressing the button once will not turn the light back on. This may give the impression that the lamp is no longer working. Here's the trick: press and hold the round button for a few seconds. Little Lebow will then slowly become brighter again. Release the button once the desired brightness has been reached. The on/off button will then work as normal again.
