My order is incomplete?

We are sorry to hear that not everything from your order has arrived.

In this case, we ask you to check the e-mail with the Track & Trace codes we sent you. This is because multiple Track & Trace codes may have been issued for this shipment and other packages are on their way.

Smaller packages that fit through the mailbox are often sent by Intrapost but don't have Track & Trace. These deliveries may take a little longer, but fortunately you don't have to be at home to receive them.

It is also possible that one of the items is not available for dispatch yet, in that case it is a pre-order. All shipping dates are mentioned in the order confirmation.
Please note that this is an expected shipping date. If this changes, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
