I didn't receive an invoice

Once we dispatch your order, we will send an invoice separately. Please allow up to 3 days.
If you've already received your order and it has been more than 3 days then please contact serviceteam@fatboy.com

Our website is an online shop designed for consumers and therefore all prices are VAT included. If you wish to read more about this subject we invite you to check our general terms and conditions, see article 11. We have to inform you that we unfortunately don’t have the possibility to adjust the invoice as this is a closed document.

If you have chosen Klarna payment method, Klarna will send the invoice, as soon as the products has been shipped out (14 day payment period).
