Missed delivery

Missed delivery by DHL Europlus:

Should our carrier DHL have tried to deliver your order, but failed, the track & trace will show this.

If you are not at home, DHL will try to deliver the package again the next working day. If the 2nd time DHL fails again, the parcel will be dropped off at a DHL point. 

You can then collect the parcel from that DHL point within 7 days. If you are unable to collect the parcel (on time), please contact our customer service .

Missed delivery by DHL Global Mail: 

If your order was shipped with DHL Global Mail (Germany), they will make 2 delivery attempts. After that, your order will be sent back to Fatboy. Therefore, keep a close eye on the tracking link.

Missed delivery by FedEx: 

If our courier FEDEX (outside BeNeLux and Germany) has unsuccessfully tried to deliver your order, this will be indicated in the tracking link.

In this case, you will receive a notification with instructions in your mailbox. FedEx will try again to deliver your order the following day. If FedEx fails the 2nd time, the parcel will be returned to sender.
