My Edison the Medium isn't working, what should I do?
Ugh, that’s annoying. Could you check a few things?
- Are you having issues with the app? Click here and we'll help you.
- Check to make sure Edison the Medium has power by connecting a different lamp (or hairdryer, or stick blender, or...) to the same outlet.
- Is your Edison the Medium connected to a particular network group or to a timer? Check to make sure it works when connected to a standard outlet.
- Check to make sure Edison the Medium works when using the black button at the bottom of the lamp.
Check to make sure the remote control is working. If it isn’t, change the battery. Still not working? Try using a different Fatboy remote control. You can order one with the help of our customer service.
Is it working with the black button, but not with a remote control?
That means the infrared receivers are broken. Did you buy the lamp through our website? Please contact our customer service.
Did you purchase your lamp at another retailer or online store? Please contact their customer service. They'll be able to offer the best and fastest service in this case.
Is the lamp not working at all?
- Check to see if it works with a different adapter.
- Turn the lamp upside down and remove the screws on the bottom. Lift the electrical interior out of the lamp and check to see if the bulb is damaged. Not sure what you’re looking for? Please contact us.
- Did something break off? We can't fix that, but through our customer service you can order a new inner unit.
