Reflection period and return process

Reflection period
We offer a 30 day trial period for all your Fatboy orders, starting from the moment the order is in your possession. You can view and assess the ordered products within this period.

You can also return the item if you are not satisfied with it. The item must be ready to be picked up in its original state and factory packaging. The packaging may have been opened. You can easily return your order via our return form. 

Damaged product?

Please check whether the item is undamaged and complete upon delivery. If this is not the case, please get in touch with us via our contact form.
