Ordering and shipping :
We strive to dispatch orders placed on working days, Monday to Friday before 10 AM, the following business day. You will receive items in stock, depending on the country and city that you live, within 3 till 6 working business days, after ordering.
When do I receive my order?
The expected shipping date can be found on the order confirmation that we have sent you by email. The order line under the Expected ship date column shows the date when we expect to ship it. The date is not a delivery date. Is there no date shown? Then the product is in stock at the time of ordering and we try to deliver your order per country according to these delivery times. However, there can always be a deviation.

The items in stock will be dispatched already even if part of the order is not in stock. You can usually order items that are temporarily out of stock. Under the article we show "Temporarily out of stock". Below that we put the expected shipping date. This date is an estimate. We expect to get the items back in stock around that day. But it can always be that the delivery is delayed.
On the day of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking link, so you can follow the status of your order on the carrier's website. Didn't receive the tracking link, please check your SPAM folder first.
Please note! Due to the boat crossing, we deliver island orders 1 to 2 days later than the promised delivery date. The delivery date may also deviate due to other limitations, such as access to the city centre or delivery at a campsite.
