Is there a surcharge for large parcels?
Yes. A surcharge may apply to large parcels:
- NOK: 145.00 NOK
- SEK: 135.00 SEK
- GBP: £12.50
- CHF: CHF 12.50
No large parcel surcharge applies to orders in EUR or DKK*
(* except Finland, where a surcharge applies for large parcels)
Do I have to pay customs or documentation fees?
For orders in GBP and CHF, a customs/documentation fee of 7.50 per order applies.
No customs or documentation fees are charged for orders in EUR, DKK, NOK, or SEK.
Please note: Any applicable large parcel surcharges and customs/documentation fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Prices are not VAT included. If you live in Norway you may be charged for fees and taxes over your order by the carrier / forwarder.
