I have missed the delivery of my parcel?

Should FedEx have tried to deliver your order, but you were not at home? You will find this information in the tracking link you have received earlier by email.

If you are not at home, FedEx will try to deliver your order again the day after. They will not automatically leave the package with the neighbors. If FedEx does not succeed the 2nd delivery time, it will be send to a FedEx depot, where you can pick up your delivery or contact the customer service to schedule a new delivery appointment.

TIP: Have the order delivered to the address where you are present during the day by entering a different delivery address, for example at work.
