Help, my Bolleke 2.0 is not working properly

We are sorry that your Bolleke 2.0 is not working properly.

We always provide a two-year warranty on all our Fatboy products for manufacturing defects, not for user damage. If it is still within warranty, please fill out our contact form

The Bolleke 2.0 is the one with a batch number 2002846 and newer. You can find the batch number of the Bolleke 2.0 under the rubber cap of the charging point.

Below a checklist to find out why your Bolleke 2.0 is not working properly:

  1. Check if the lamp is charging properly first.
When connecting the charger an indicator led underneath the coloured circle should be blinking (sometimes not visible if it is a dark colour Bolleke). After a short charge cycle the lamp should work. Please check the connection of the USB cable to the USB charger and the USB connection of the cable to the lamp.

  2. Please check if the lamp is working with the charger connected only.
This might indicate the battery ist defect. The battery can be easily replaced following the instruction attached.

  3. Chances are small but the LED module might have reached it's end of life as well.
This might be the case once the light output is low, or a new battery didn't solve your issues.

  4. It could be there is a malfunction in the powerboard. This can be replaced.
