One of my lamps in the Big Lebow is not working.

In the manual you will find instructions about assembling the lamp. If the lamp does not work properly, we advise you to follow these tips & tricks. There might be a problem with the light bulb or lampshade.

Step 1:

If the light bulb in one of the shades does not work, we advise you to switch this light bulb to the shade where a light bulb does work. Please do not forget to switch off the lamp before assembly (and to turn it back on after assembly :) ).
If the light bulb does not work in the other shade either, it is probably defective.

Step 2:

If the light bulb does work in another contact point/shade but not in the shade where the problem occurred, we advise you to change the entire shade with light bulb to another contact point on the arc.

It is advised to remove the light bulb from the shade before switching the shades to avoid damage. Make sure you turn off the lamp as well. Then switch the shades and place the light bulbs back in the shade and turn the lamp on. Also see number 6 in the manual of the Big Lebow.
