Very annoying. Could you try the following things please?
- If this is your first time using Tjoepke, it should charge for at least eight hours. Did you do that?
- Check to make sure the charger is properly inserted into the port.
- Try charging the Tjoepke with a different charger (C-type 5V 1A). Like the charger for your iPhone or other smartphone. If Tjoepke doesn’t work with a different charger either, you may have a bad battery. Never replace the battery yourself. And don’t use the charger if the cable is damaged.
