Help, my Trans-parents isn’t working!

Ugh, that’s annoying. Could you check the following things please?

• Does the Trans-parents have power? You can check this by connecting a different lamp to the same outlet (or your hairdryer, or a blender).
• Replace the special Trans-parents LED light bulb and see if it works now. Don't have a Trans-parents LED light bulb? Order a new one here.

Is it still not working and did you buy the Trans-parents from our website? Please contact us. Did you buy the Trans-parents from another retailer or online store? Please contact their customer service. They'll be able to offer the best and fastest service in this case.  

Does the lamp need a new internal mechanism or do you need a new remote control? Please contact us.
