Very annoying. Could you check the following things please?
- Check to make sure your RockCoco 10.0 has power.
- Check to make sure the remote control is working. Is it not working? First, replace the battery with a new CR2032 battery.
- Pair the remote control again. Follow this for instructions on how to do it.
