We’re sorry to hear your Transloetje doesn't work and you can’t fully enjoy the item anymore.
To solve your problem, we want to kindly ask you to check these options:
- Check if the Transloetje has power. Check this for example by connecting another lamp to the same power outlet.
- Check that the red indicator light is on when you plug the charger into the socket.
- Make sure the Transloetje is fully charged. The red indicator light then stays on red continuously (first use charge 8 hours, after that 3 charging hours is enough).
